The fallacy in the 1st one is that atheists arguing crime by theists makes theism bad is only relevant when the crime is committed in the name of that theistic religion, ie jihad or crusade. Usually an atheist doesn't commit a crime in the name of atheism thus their atheism has no relevance.

i don't know what it would be called, but pointing to atheism as a motivation for evil is exactly the same as pointing to mustaches as a motivation for evil.

on the flip side, christianity is a religion with doctrines and rules etc. it is plausible that christianity would inspire someone to do horrible or great things, while for atheism the opposite is true. there's no such thing as acts done in the name of atheism. just as not collecting stamps is not a hobby.
