I cannot for the life of me remember an eponymous law, and it's been torturing me for a few months now.

Basically, there is a law that states that society is only polite when the number of people in said society are under "X". I think it was in the ballpark of 150 people.

If anyone knows the name of this law, I'll buy you a carton of science.
