electricity = net movement of electrons in certain direction

there are 3 types of electron movement because of you pushing the flashlight button
1. em induction, which causes some of the electrons in your hand to change direction slightly
2. the produced flash excites electrons on your skin, which causes movement
3. surfaces meet where you touch the cam, these surfaces are all made out of electrons
so this also causes some slight change in electron movement

but none of them causes a net charge flow
so no current passes through you
