So, I was born, and thats when my perception of reality began, and ever since then what i've experienced in my reality, has created my personality. Those things have then shaped my behaviour, and how my reality reacts back to me, etc. basically until i'm dead.

So, say if a person was born in a catatonic state, and also couldn't feel anything (no sense of touch), would their brain perceive nothing, and thus have no 'reality' or would they say, 'imagine' things?
