Because frankly most women/girls don't take me seriously. So they don't like me.

I think it's something physical mostly but not only that. How you look like (face, body) are most important and some people are luckier than others on this respect. No matter how much you go to the gym or grow all sorts of facial hairs, if the face structure is the same, most won't like you. It's that simple.

Einstein was an abusive type. There are some letters which show he treated his wives and his family pretty badly. But yeah, being an university prof was a position which gave a poor wife a status back then, so it wasn't so hard for Einstein to get either a poor woman for a wife or an intellectual one (from his milieu).

Otherwise, he was quite an autistic type, not many friends and socially absent most of the time.
