I didn't know making water molecules move was deadly? If i'm correct the body is mostly water and it is usually around 98.6 degrees farenheit.

The main reason you don't want to hang around Chernobyl is that there are bits of radioactive cesium-137 in the dust. These give off radiation continuously so you don't want them getting into your body. Cesium-137 is a byproduct of the nuclear fuel cycle.

When some inert substance is exposed to radiation it doesn't become radioactive itself. A microwaved burrito doesn't give off microwaves for the same reason a lampshade doesn't give off light because it has been exposed to a lightbulb.

because when the electromagnetic wave is at the right wavelength, it is absorbed by the water molecule, and it's energy is turned into motion of the molecule

and as we all know molecular motion = temperature

btw this type of radiation is not exactly deadly
it just makes the water in your skin heat a lot
in other words you can be irradiated in short periods of time and be completely healthy afterwards

microwaves don't penetrate very deep
and it's not ionizing radiation (which causes cancer)
microwaves are not more deadly than a fire, the sun or cold weather

to die you have to stay and endure the pain, which most craters avoid....
