Brainquestion

I usually spend 10 - 12 hours a day on my PC during the week. When i wake up after 8 - 10 hours of rest i can't stand listening to my favourite music, ontop of that i have a semi-noticeable headcache, but after these 8 - 9 hours of pc session, my brain stops "hurting" and i spend 4 hours in a row listening to music as if i was high, what is happening?

Forgot to add, this happens especially after an ejaculation

How much water (yes water, not pop or energy drinks) do you drink on a regular day?

Usually after sleep the body is lower on fluids. Depending on your drinking habits, you may not be getting enough to make everything happy until late in the day. Problem is, once you manage to get them, you go to sleep and slowly dry up every night.

Drinking 8 or more full glasses of water a day is probably the easiest way to make yourself FEEL healthier.

I never have breakfast, during the week i avoid alcohol and only drink pineapple juice during the day , about 1 liter a day.

So you suggest drinking a lot in the morning?

Anyone?

I would suggest drinking some in the morning to offset the losses in the night. The important thing is to be drinking enough that your urine only has a slight yellow tint.

However, this is your real problem:
>I never have breakfast
Your headache is almost guaranteed to be a result of low blood sugar. Not dangerously low, but enough that you'll feel it. The headache should be easy to get rid of with a small starchy snack. Cereal, crackers, whatev.

Wait, you don't drink any water at all? The fuck are you doing man? You're supposed to drink a minimum of 2 liters of water per day. No wonder you feel like shit.

You can't seriously be that stupid... not only is that not true, but drinking that much juice is unhealthy as fuck. There's a fair amount of sugar in juice.

Yes it would, part of that 2L is made of dissolved juice particles.
And he's only drinking 1L, and you need 2L to not be fucked up.
