So /sci/,

Given the way technology is evolving at such a rapid rate, what do you think cosmetic technology will be like in the near (say 20-25 years) future?

Some university mates of mine whom I was discussing the subject with believe by then it will start to be difficult to distinguish the middle-aged from teenagers in terms of physical appearances.
