this show is pseudoscientific. but, without watching the video and simply reading the title, yes. the universe is mathematical. contrary to popular believe, mathematics it not just a tool. it becomes quite evident at high-level physics that there is no other rational explanation. the universe is mathematical.

I think it's a bit backwards to call the universe a mathematical structure though. Where did math come from? I'd say we made it up, but people might rage at that, so I'll say this instead: It came from our observation of the universe.
