more like two hours. the conscious loop feedback mechanism in the frontal lobe (you) stays active for quite a duration of time when under stress (even without ATP/glucose/oxygen, the neurons in the frontal lobe keep firing). even if you tear right through it with a bullet, it still connects all across the frontal lobe. you'll likely be in an altered state of consciousness (but still self-aware) for 90 minutes of so. a shotgun to the forehead is by far the most efficient method, otherwise an incredibly high voltage at a quarter of an amp or so (400kV+) would be enough to tear axon insulation (myelin), and short circuit every neuron. either one is the most efficient/quickest.

i have a psychiatrist who i just saw about 2 hours ago even.

shouldn't a combination of propranolol, diphenhydramine, codeine, alcohol, and lorazepam do it? that's a lot of depressants, and the lorazepam is supposed to really increase the effects of the others. i also have access to carbamazepine and could get some sleeping pills.
