I have some information I would like to share.

I'm one of the few people in the world that know about extra-terrestrial intelligence, in addition to 8 of the last presidents, and a couple government space scientists and maybe a handful more (no more then 30 or so, it's a tenant). Dark Matter, is directly related to extra-terrestrial-Intelligence and life in the Universe.

That's all I can say to secure myself, and I've quadraproxyd and back-trace re-routed range rays at least 4 times, in addition to hard-encryption and remote access.

Most likely, mars probably has plant fossils deep underground and maybe some small insect like animals at some point when it was lush, same for Venus. We haven't done any secret missions that have found life on mars or Europa.

The one that is capable of faster then light spaceflight can only do 2.3 c(from what it said).

So it's not like a super warp drive, but it's fast enough that they've colonized 5 planets. (including their main planet moon)

They have a lifespan of 100-140 years, their planet orbits a red dwarf and they have plants, (which are primarily black, instead of green like here) And some strange animals, for some reason they only have 75-76 different "species" or animals on their planet. of course its in binary but that doesn't tell you how they communicate. binary isn't a language, for example you don't save a text document in binary you need a language like ASCII. binary is a method of communication but it doesn't tell you how to interpret the signal. you can get numbers out but not words. the language is the bit that tells you how to read the words from the signal.

and some information may get across that way. however there are no grantees any of it will make sense and there are a limited number of thing you can put. on the pioneer plaques only contained a few symbols. the spacecraft, two people, earth's location with respect to several pulsars and the planets and the hydrogen 21cm line. none of this could lead to a conversation, the only binary on the pioneer plaque is the distances of the planets.
the voyager records only contain sounds and how to read the disks along with a few of the things on the pioneer plaques.

in short it can start a conversation. only numbers could be interpreted properly.
