What the fuck is going on with me /sci/.

Had crazy mood swings, crying and despair to feeling really tired and light to full on rage punched and kicked a few holes in the wall back to crying to feeling REALLY happy (dancing, singing).

Now my one eye is going red.

What is going on?

Also when I went on a bike ride to rid myself of some of the energy, I kept on "seeing" (imagining) figures and stuff, and things didn't feel quite real. Like I looked at the clouds and I felt they were a backdrop.

I also looked in the mirror and it feels like this isn't my face. My nose is at a slight different angle, and I have a scar that was never there before.

Am I going crazy?

And one other thing.

For the past few days, when following paths I followed before, it's like I can see myself from the third person there again. Like I can see the memory I have of being there from the third person. I found myself wanting to follow these past versions of myself.

I really think I'm going mad.

Have had one psychotic episode before relating to OCD and no sleep. Today I have sort of had to face being "depressed" when I was prescribed anti-depressants (that I don't want to take as the side effects sound scary as fuck).

I went to my doctor earlier. All he did was speak to me for five seconds, have me fill out a five question form and he gave me a prescription.

He said there no psychologists available and just gave me pills.

The questions were basically:

Have you lost energy?
Are you moving or speaking slower?
Have you lost interest in things you normally enjoy?
Have you had suicidal thoughts?
Have you been down or hyperactive enough that others have noticed?
Have you had difficulty sleeping?

Then mark them from 0 - 3.
