Results may vary. The more cognitive bottlenecks you have, the better it works. For some it hurts concentration. It can be (ab)used to be able to study more, but if you abuse it, tolerance builds up. For those with adhd or "sub-clinical" adhd it's awesome.

I've been on it for 2 years now, on prescription. It's putting me through university. Wouldn't be possible without it, due to my add.
