What is the probability that you pick a random answer option a-d to this question and it will be correct?
a) 25%
b) 50%
c) 75%
d) 25%

>>3975517
e) 0%

none of them.
fuck off

oh fuck

>> No.3975543

50% because there's two answers the same

>> No.3975547

25%.
For multiple choice questions such as these, there is only one answer. This is regardless of the factual accuracy of any given answer.

Also, suck a dick for making this thread again.

so is it d or a?

Just because you phrase a question in a valid manner, does not mean there is a equally valid solution.

You're missing the point. These kinds of questions have only one answer unless stated otherwise. This means that regardless of the content of a, b, c, or d; only one of them will be "correct". Therefore, whichever answer is arbitrarily chosen to be correct by the administer/creator will be the correct answer. Since there can only be one, there is a 25% chance you will choose the correct one.

1/10 because I responded twice but otherwise untroll-ish enough.

but which one is that, a or d ?

1/10 usually represents your resentment at being trolled and unwillingness to admit that you were trolled

>> No.3975577

>>3975563
No you're missing the point, you can't say only one of them is correct if clearly none of them can be correct. You're trying to use logic to deduce a paradox and it simply doesn't work, it's built specifically to break logically reasoning.

i dont get it. the answer is clearly b

Sure I can. I'm looking at it from a different perspective. Let me greentext the important parts.

I might as well have linked my entire post because that right there is over half of it.

If it were b then you would have a 50% chance of choosing the correct answer but only 1/4 answers is 50% which would mean the chance you choose the correct answer is infact 25%

Correct answer is clearly (b). It's either correct or incorrect answer: 50-50.

>> No.3975720

the question he is asking is not the question he is asking about, i.e. the answers a-e are not answers to his question posed.

Therefore the answer is 25% - not a, not d neither is it any of the answers to 'this question'
