Could someone help me find out how the Congress Budget of 2011 was organized?
I went to the wikipage, but it has no details.

I believe it was ordered in secret.

I defy you find a source

I want to find the budget for 2011 and do that myself.

not illegal = legal

Kind of like the Fed not letting us see the books

Doing some google searching I found this:

https://docs.google.com/viewer?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.gpoaccess.gov%2Fusbudget%2Ffy11%2Fpdf%2Fbudget.p
df

The good information is at the end. And it goes by department spending.

YOU ARE A WONDERFUL MAN.
You have truely earned your name, 'resident /sci/ economist'!
although I have to ask, is it really possible for them to keep it secret like that?

Also, i remember reading somethigng about the militray required to have a 90-day declassification of any new technologies, where do i find out about those? Or should i ask /k/?

You're welcome.

I wouldnt know anything about the military declassification.

I dont think they can keep this information secret. At least not easily. I dont know what it is exactly, but it seems like modern nations dont hide financial information. The Greek government for example was lying for like a decade prior the their collapse. By lying they were fooling investors, so when the public learned that Greece was in far poorer shape financially no one wanted to lend to them.

I think its difficult to get good information for 2011 government budget stuff, because the fiscal year just ended. Sometimes it takes a few years of hindsight for accurate information to present itself.
