Bear with me here, /sci/. Are ufos that are discs just early government testing of superior helicopter technology where the blade is on the underside? Pic unrelated.

>> No.3947590

Why would that be superior?

>> No.3947603

neither. UFOs are what we see when God throws a frisbee too far before He wills it out of existence since He can't provide evidence for Himself because that would invalidate the test of faith of His flock

Like if you had some bananas, but they were really high up in a tree, and you can just cut them down whenever you want and eat some bananas.

I recall reading that when they designed the A-10 Warthog, they deliberately placed the engines on the top side of the plane to give it better durability against ground fire. I would assume the same would hold true for helicopters. Not only would placing them underneath make them easier to hit with ground fire, but it would disrupt the helicopter's ability to drop troops or fire weapons at low arcs. They could add an interrupter for the weapons bit, but that still makes the blades vulnerable to ground fire so kind still no advantage

How would you fucking land it with the blades underneath? You could only use it as a lawnmower then.

Like you wouldn't mow the shit out of your lawn if you had one of these. I'd mow lawns all day, son.

They are common objects or known natural phenomenon that witnesses are unable to identify. Or lies and hoaxes.
