You can't imagine any reason why, in the coming decades, we may want to prototype an indoor temperature controlled city? No idea why we might want to know how to build these? Say, in case it becomes much hotter especially near the equator to the point that prolonged exposure carries nontrivial risk of heat stroke? Hm? :3

(And in the worst case scenario being able to process outside air before it reaches your lungs might be necessary if methane release and algae blooming happen on a large enough scale.)
