In a particular species of cat white fur is recessive to black fur. In a population of 200 cats 18 have white fur and 182 have black fur. Assume the population is in Hardy-Weinburg equilibrium. How many of the black cats are homozygous dominant?

If you think you're good at biology then you should be able to get the answer.

not simple algebra, simple probability:
answer = 98

How is it in H-W equilibrium if only 18 cats have white fur

HOW
