>open gimp or photoshop or whatever program that supports layering
>cut the area with picture and hat
>make a transparent layer and draw two lines through the point where the head and the hat fit most perfectly
>discard the screenshot and create a layer that is underneath the transparent layer
>copy whatever head onto it so that the lines are aligned nicely with the top of the head
>copy the picture you created from 0,0 to whatever,whatever
