Everyone in academia. Private research does not have to conform to standards in academia; and thus do not publish research which is detrimental to the sale of their products.

I have several family members who work in QA for pharmaceutical companies. The culture in those organizations treat regulations and records-keeping as an enemy. It's rather disturbing.

This is very much scientific discussion. It's a discussion about the withholding of data from scientific studies. Just because a thread doesn't have the words "Aliens", "Carl Sagan", or "Biology is not a science" in it doesn't mean it isn't relevant to this board.

I've always thought that having the people responsible for making people healthy make their money off of unhealthy people was a potentially serious conflict of interest.
