Apply, to at least 10 school.

Apply to Harvard if you want, just make sure to follow their exact application process. There aren't any school who deny applicants based solely on SAT, GPA scores.

No matter how you look at it, an undergraduate student is nothing but a cash cow for a university. Don't matter if your folks are rich or poor, you still going to get a huge loan and pay top dollar for the tuition.

Graphs like those above are useless, it all depends on the amount/race/scores of the students applying that year.
