Which religion has the most historical and scientific supporting evidence?

I'm not supposing any are real, but just out of curiosity, which fucks up science the LEAST?

buddhism

- Buddha denied the existence of a Creator
- Buddha said something similar to the idea that life originated from lower organisms, and humans aren't particularly special
- Buddha denied the concept of the "self" or immortal soul
- He insinuated that there is life in other "world systems"
- plus some other stuff I remember reading about

There are many problems with Buddhism and scientific impossibilities, but compared to other major religions, it is relatively rational

Islam. Tell you the how skin heals itself. Tells you that the man is the one who picks the sex of child. Tell you what parts of the start forming of the child at what time of birth. Tell them that the earth is round and not the centre of the universe. So much other things, but I can't remember since I don't practice.

Buddha got most of that from earlier Hindu traditions and beliefs, because in hinduism there is also an atheistic sect which questions why something infinite if real should ever be worshipped because Hubris contrary to perfection. AS for the other worlds with life he got that from an old Sanskrit Strotram that lists nine of the closest worlds from where the Gods and Demons descend including earth.

Christianity and Islam

Most of their holy books are backed up by hard science and many of their followers were actually scientists.

gonna go with the bible and christinaity. no brainer. the book predicted that the earth was round in both the old and new testament. something that took science centuries to figure out.

Hawaiifag here.
Native Hawaiian creation myth is basically

>Universe came from a dark void.
>When you die you return to the dark void
&
>Universe will end in a dark void.

yfw Native Hawaiians weren't afraid to tell their kids thermodynamics and were pretty accurate.

Also Samoan religion has similar take. Seems Polynesians in general understood 'the heavens' as just fire/artifacts in the sky. Their gods are all Earthbound. So they just used stars for nav and view stars as information to be used for sailing.

lol nope. They just noticed how ships disapear if they get too far, or why the horizon is curved, or why shadows have different lengths at different places. it's really a no brainer.
