Can scientist observe the atom with microscophe. Can they take pictures of them . If they can , how is atom looks like in real beside from atom's representation images.

as the wavelength of light is 400-700nm the smallest object visible with light is roughly 200nm.

The size of the largest atom is maybe 200pm?
So when you say an image it couldn't be taken with regular light, even electron microscopes cannot see the atom itself.

So no, light will never be able to observe atoms and we will never have "pictures" of them
