the last 2 months i've been sleeping form 10 to 12 hours per day (in one piece).
(i usualy go to sleep at 3 am, and i wake up at 2 pm. i don't have a job and i'm usualy the whole day indoors reading/watching tv/browsing teh internets.)
are there any medical disadvantages from this sleeping cycle?

The more you sleep the less your slept is efficient, you can put your alarm-clock to sleep only 8-9 hours you'll be fine and have moarrr time for ponys !

It's better to wake up at regular time than trying to sleep regular time every night.

The proper span of time that humans can sleep during is always from 8 in the evening until 6 in the morning. Any other time isn't optimal for one's health.
