i do not understand it. I have the correct numbers to fill out the sample coefficient of correlation equation but its being difficult and giving me a number >1. This doesnt make fucking sense

1.95/(.714x2.70) = 1.01152

sum of xy values:1305

Finding covariance of xy
1/4(1305-5*6.9*37.6)= Cov(x,y) = 1.95

Therefore
r= Cov(xy)/SxSy ;
r= 1.95/(.714x2.70)=1.01152
