How much oxygen (Or any other material) would be required to destabalize the sun's nuclear reactions? It is simply a matter of mass or does the composition of the substance matter?

Future applications: Could be used in advance future warfare, or holding the world ransom for 100,000,000,000 dollars

Heavier matter is naturally stratified so forcing O into the center of the sun would be nearly impossible. It would require a star sized amount, which would probably destroy the sun by the gravity before anything else happened.

Travel through a wormhole that passes through a star, shit destabilizes fast. Saw it on SG-1.
