I'd find my way to Cambridge, find out where to buy a microscope or get one made, and write Micrographia before Robert Hooke (1665). Then I'd have to start I will 'discover' penicillin shortly after.

I'd write something along the lines of a highly simplified Philosophiæ Naturalis Principia Mathematica before Isaac Newton (1687), thus forming classical mechanics.

I'd use my knowledge and respect to build an army of followers (naturalists) aiming to bring down the world's religions in just a lifetime by greatly accelerating knowledge and education.

I'd get my followers to help find me data so I can have a go at making an On the Origin of Species before Charles Darwin (1859).

I'd use my new found fame and money to buy myself an army of hot breeding vessels, thus making my mark on history for thousands of years to come.

On my death bed, as the world follows my faith because it is the only one with demonstrable real world applications, finally have manifesto published with the following opening:

None of us could even hope to generate some tome of scientific knowledge comparable to what Newton did. Sure, we all know a lot of math and physics but do you really have the patience to rediscover all these things in the order they must be discovered, in order for it to make sense to the people of the time?
