Skin color is a gene in humans, and there are millions of other small differences from human to human besides just skin color (eye color, hair color, tallness, etc.). Just because these genes are different between two people doesn't mean they should automatically be put into two different species. If we did that, then every pretty much every single organism on Earth would be considered its own unique organism. Species share very generalized traits, the little tiny differences don't matter as long as the organism still fits the original definition of that species. I don't know about either of the species of orangutan that you posted, but there probably is some sort of semi-major difference between the two that necessitates a differentiation in species name.
