First, there are two little things called "joule heating" and "friction." You might want to be aware of them when you hear/read/see perpetual motion bullshit.

Second, fuck no. You'd spend far more energy generating an electric field strong enough to move the rod between the coils that you would ever get back. Entropy wins, again.

Nope. Doesn't help at all. You are converting electrical energy to mechanical energy to electrical energy again, and you lose some it as waste heat every time. You're not getting that energy back, and you're not getting perpetual motion.
