need best over the counter remedy for poison ivy

the best treatment is to wash the affected area immediately after contact (within 10 minutes if possible) with yellow laundry soap and COLD water or water from a shower. do not bathe in a tub, as could spread the oil. do not scrub wih a brush. remove all your rings and watches and shit before all this try to get some calamine lotion to relieve the itching and burning and dry the area.

if shit is as bad as the picture go to the doc damn it!
