Have there been any? Specifically I'm curious as to how much their genome differs from the rest of humanity. They do seem radically different, and closer in appearance to recent apelike ancestors.

That's an interesting question I'd like to know the answer to as well.

I do know that recent analysis shows the greatest genetic diversity in Africa, followed by Europeans and finally Asians. Likely has to do with the smaller population mixing as we spread out of Africa.

Not sure if apelike is troll, but I'm overlooking it for now.
