A riddle:

A hunter sets out from his hut and walks 10 km south. He sees a bear and chased it 20 km west until he caught and killed it. He then carried the carcass on his back and walks 10 km north back to his hut.
What was the bear's colour?

>> No.3251153

white! polar bear north pole

>> No.3251156

There aren't any polar bears that far north.

No, see, the hunter WAS the bear
He was hunting the most dangerous game of all: Himself

>> No.3251163

Considering how easily it was for him to spot it and given the fact that it ran 20km and assuming that he was in a forest I would say he lived in canada and the bear was a white grizzly bear.

He has to walk more than 10km back to his house.

So he's a polar bear than, and th ebear is white.

>> No.3251195

>>3251170
not necessarily, he could have walked 10km south down a steep slope 20 km west up a shallow slope then 10km back to his hut on flat land

>> No.3251214

>>3251195
the last leg of his journey was 10 km north

extension:
find at least 2 other points on earth where this is possible (forget the bear)
