Believe it or not /sci/ was good for about 2 days, before the trolls found it. With a good mod, who freely bans, it could be like that once again.

I don't come to 4chan for the moderation, I come to 4chan because of the LACK of moderation.

I can go *anywhere* else on the internet and find popular messageboards with strong moderation that are always on topic and all about science, each with their own unique cliques and moderator circlejerks.

But where can I go when I do not want to see moderation? 4chan. So I am here, and for all the shit that drowns out meaningful discussion, I still enjoy it for what it is.
