So, I'm studying, reading, browsing, jogging or doing some usually everyday activity and suddenly I get this intense headache. The intensity is constant, and sudden. They last about an hour or until I get a nap.

The pain seems to be concentrated on the pre-frontal cortex. The "attacks" are random and not very frequent (from thrice a week to once in three weeks).

I'm getting myself checked but in the mean time I would appreciate if /sci/ could suggest a cause. I hope they are just regular migraines but could it be some sort of tumor, or other serious illness?

Could be anything that causes pressure to build up under your scull..... anything....

How would pressure build up under my skull?

I know about tumors and blood clots. High blood pressure is not (I tested a bit lower than ideal just a few months ago). I don't do drugs, alcohol or whatnot. I did not have any recent accidents.

What else could induce this pressure?

HAHAHAHAHAHA! Sure is summer.

I'm not summer. I just migrated to /g/ because of the religion vs science that was polluting /sci/.

Anyway, I don't get it. Are you implying that I'm inflicting the pain myself. Mind you, I have no formal education in biology whatsoever.

>I have no formal education in biology whatsoever.

Clearly.

In order to feel pain, you have to have pain receptors. You brain has this many: 0. It's all think and no feel.

Also, your skull can change pressures quite easily. Pinch your nose and blow.

It would be pointless for us to tell you anything, let alone anything that could be true. We could get you anxious, which could exasperate your reputed condition. Worse you may try and force your internet diagnoses from wikipedia on a trained professional.
This would have the effects of pissing them off, and possibly disregarding a suggestion you make that turns out to be true.
Definitely don't mention your pre-frontal cortex. Just point to the pain.

could be a "cluster headache".

I see. I apologize for making a fool of myself.

Form first glance the description seems fitting.

>>3168351

I understand.

Anyway, I'll just wait for a proper diagnosis.

I'll delete this thread, shorty.
