why are engineers gay? I have not come out of the engineering closet yet, I plan the declare my major later in life. yet I find I am attracted to traps and manly woman. What is the reason for this, will I meet another gay engineer at work? why are there a disproportionate amount of gays in engineering?

From what I understand, it's similar to prison gay.

People in prison aren't really gay, but they've just given up on heterosexual sex, and just take whatever they can get.

Since engineering is 99% sausage fest, it just works out that way.
