The density of water is about 1.00g/ml and The density of wine is about 0.96g/ml
The 6 stone jars Jesus used for his water/wine miracle held about 20-30 gallons. Presuming that Jesus did not alter the volume of the liquid (as the jars were filled to the brim) while he was altering the atomic and molecular structure of the liquid, The total mass difference is about 22740 grams, or 22.74 kg of matter simply lost.
Since Mass cannot be simply removed from existence, the only explanation is that it had been converted directly into energy. The resulting explosion would have been in the range of 2.0438×1018 J, or 488.5 megatons of TNT, probably ruining the wedding in the process.
