Sagan was a great writer and Science-popularizer and published a lot of interesting Astronomy papers, but wasn't the greatest contributor to Science.

Tesla pretty much invented the 20th Century just with the invention of alternate currents. Nevermind Tesla Coils, the radio, his contributions to physics, etc.

Which one was overrated again?
