I keep hearing 80% of the brain is water!

then I hear from other people, the brain consists of 60% fat

something doesn't add up

the brain is approximately 3000 mL

1400 mL is brain tissue that is 70% fat and like 25% water
600 mL is cerebrospinal fluid which is 95% water
700 mL is blood which is like 70 % water
300 mL is neurochemicals and electricity
500 mL is waste products
500 mL is miscellaneous junk from other parts of the body
