US Educational System = Nothing wrong

You keep hearing about the poor US Educational system but in reality, there is nothing wrong with it that wasnt a problem in the 60's when US Public Schools were the best in the world. What is different between then and today in 2011 when the US is at the bottom of all international education rankings?

Almost 40% of US school age children in 2011 are now Black and Hispanic.

1623 = Total Mean SAT Scores Of Asians
