How do I act out ADHD symptoms in order to get adderall/ritalin ?
Unfortunately, I'm not in Murrika, which means I can't just go to a shrink and tell him 'hurr I can't remember shit' and he'll be all 'durr sure have some adderall'. Positive thing is, I do have genuine symptoms of mild ADHD (bad memory, short attention span, daydreaming etc) but I'm not sure that'll do the trick.

First off, do you mean ADD or ADHD?

For ADD, justlet yourself enjoy the beauty of Nature, let yourself get distracted by flying birds or butterflies and anything SLIGHTLY interesting like Diagrams on the wall etc. occasionally zone out mid conversation and then snap back in or change topic suddenly... Just don't overdo it, of course

For ADHD, just do as mentioned above, except act really hyper. Like blue smarties hyper. giggle occasionally and the odd time, just run. after a bit, your brain might actually start to believe you HAVE ADD/ADHD and shit like that

Currently, I haven't gotten a diagnosis, but I highly suspect I have ADD And surprise surprise, i get the impression that people think i'm just faking it for attention. meh. Frankly, being the attention whore I am, I would love a proper diagnosis to say I have it. I'd also get extra time on exams.

Haven't had any meds, i'm just struggling in AS Chemistry and French... strangely enough, i'm doing alright in psychology.

I hope you get it. As I said, I live in a country where ADD meds are really hard to get, so I have to play it perfectly. And then, fuck yeah, no daydreaming but actual work.
