I want to major in Math. What kind of jobs can I get with a Math major? How difficult is it to be a successful Math undergrad?

A pure math degree is as useless as a philosophy. Double major in something useful like some branch of engineering.

What about applied math?

a book keeper of course, leave fascist USA so you can start up an online poker website, use your math skills to tip the odds your way and sit back and watch the money roll in.

Do you plan on going to grad school?

There are plenty of things you can do with a math undergrad.

Actuarial.

I was thinking of becoming an Actuary, but if that doesn't fly then I'd like to have something to fall back on. I could go to grad school, though. I really just have no idea what I want to do. Originally I was planning on doing Chemical Engineering but my interest in it has dwindled.

Double major in an engineering branch in something like Electrical, Material, or Engineering Physics

You'll be way ahead of the curve.

You could always become a quant.

What kind of stuff do they do?

I'm thinking it would be hectic to keep up with the coursework if I were to double major in Engineering. Unless I'm overestimating Engineering difficulty?
