Don't know where to go with this, but I assume /sci/ might know what to do.
My problem is that sometimes when I sneeze I get this sharp pain in the perineum which lasts for approximately half a minute.
What do?

More accurately a perineal hernia, although thats usually confined to older people.

I'd go and see a Doc, anon, I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out that you have a small hernia. Get them to check as soon as you can.

I shouldn't be too concerned though, even if there were the neccessity for one, hernial ops are very quick and straightforward.
