I am a doctor and know my shit. please do not argue with me. obviously you are trying to study some engineering topic and are thinking "oh my goodness, so hard, nothing in life is comparable, look at all of those guys studying quantum mechanics or octahedral ligand field splitting- gee whiz them guys get it sooo easy...."

you have actually made me annoy myself by writing that. Well done good sir

Mathematics has been displacing philosophy for 400 years. The only philosophers who do any serious academic work (read: can get legit jobs) are working in either religion (bahaha) or fields of philosophy that are mathematical or scientific in nature (epistemology, logic, semantics, etc.)

Because everyone's different and things click differently. All of those are great degrees. Which ever ones rates the easiest for you is what you should pursue if you actually plan on making a difference in the world.

AKA OP is taking Engineering because they're a complete dip shit. If it's harder then physics to them, they should have bailed LONG ago. I'm pursuing engineering because to me it is the easiest of all the degrees worth a damn.

In any mathematical system,be it Euclidean/Hyperbolic/Spherical Geometry or what have you, you're assuming a set of axioms to be true without proof. Thus the truth of these statements is independent of human construction, and consequently, so is any theorem of the system.

I thought economics was pretty easy, at least until I got to econometrics. Its the most soul crushing class that I have ever taken. The material will fly over your head the first time you hear it, and if you take it with a dick professor, it can make a hard class into a living nightmare.

And it seems so easy. Its just drawing a fucking straight line through some bullshit points. Why does it have to be so fucking difficult? God damnit, fuck my life.

>> No.2959240

Aerospace engineer major here.

You guys DO realize that engineering courses are just slightly tweaked (less theory, more applied) version of math/physics courses along with a bit of comp sci, right?

The correct order in terms of difficulty would be:

Math = Physics > Engineering (just slightly) > Chemistry > Biology

Also, when did fuck did "Premed" become an actual major? OP is obviously a highschool fag.

>> No.2959281

And I can tell you're borderline retarded.
So if you're terrible at English, yet great at math, you should pursue a field in English to avoid the easy path?
Why not take advantage what you're good at? It's obvious you'll make a bigger dent and a better living.

engineering is no harder than a degree in chemistry; projects don't make a degree hard, they are simply a test of time management skills.

I hate eng. fags who are also superior fags. Physics is the hardest degree to get out of this list. I am a biochemist; that shit isn't very hard for the most part.

Enjoy your meaningless existence somewhere in some underground lab where nobody would be affected by your death in any way.

This thread is shit tier. No real scientist would waste his days creating subjective subcategories for other fields. What's even more sad, assuming most of you are not high schoolers (you probably are), and are real undergrads, is that you're part of our future. Closed minded aspies are our future, and they cannot even seen their own hypocrisy. you hate other fields because their "easy" or "subjective" failing to realize your irrational hate is one in the same as the thing you hate.
