He comes across as a bit of a douche in OPs video. Like when that woman asks him if he was allowed only one project to pour all the funding for science into and he said he'd use the money to build a boat to sail to the country to who proposed that all the scientific funding be put into only one project to try to convince them it was a bad idea. That's a shitty answer and clearly not what the woman wanted to hear. I'm sure she could see it was a blatently impossible hypothetical situation that should be avoided: she just wanted to hear him be creative.
