Now I'm GUESSING the actual question is "What is the volume of the balloon at an altitude of 22miles (pressure 4.0 torr)", and you're just too faggot to copy & paste.

p is given (4.0 torr), just change that to atm (google), V we want to know, N is constant, and I'm guessing again the balloon stays at 80°C, otherwise unsolvable.

Right now, though, your sentence makes no sense, and the logical conclusion is just "WTF" or, 1400L...

The "twist" is that the second pressure, the new pressure, is given in torr, not atm. They could have used psi or bar as well.
