Opinions on mathematical beauty in physics,

How does /sci/ feel about problems that can be: solved explicitly for elementary functions,
can only be represented by infinite series
can only be approximated?

I.E,
Infinite sq well potential (elementary functions)
Harmonic potential (power series)
Finite sq well potential (numerical approx)
