If you built a Dyson Sphere around a black hole, but put the energy receivers on the outside, wouldn't you have unlimited energy, compared to a sun that would eventually die out..?

No, because thermodynamics.

Well, yes, technically the energy of the rest of the universe could theoretically fall on the recievers instead of 'just' the entire output of a star for its entire life.

But most of it is elsewhere and wouldn't reach, since energy isn't really affected by gravity (keeping it simple here knowledgeable guys). And the matter that would be attracted to the black hole would probably end up destroying your dyson structure.

Can't you just put magnets infront of cars, and activate and deactivate them for acceleration and breaks? Apply it to everything, planes, tractors, skateboards, and the energy problem will be solves. Of course, the government won't do it since Obama is a nazi lizard.
