Example..-..If one has to travel from (a) to (b) one will never reach the destination traveling in 1/2 increments of the remaining distance.

Zeno not Xeno. And that's a bastardization. He said you can't move AT ALL because to go any distance you first have to go half of it, but then first half of that, etc. The whole thing is to show motion is impossible.

he means if you have 100 miles to go, and you travel 50, and tomorrow travel 25, and the next day travel 12.5 and then 6.25, and then 3.125 and then 1.5125, you can go on doing that forever, and you will technically never get to your destination.

yeah most of the people above don't know bout my zeno's paradox.

Although OP fucked it up hardcore.

Bascially, he created a thought experiment to show parmenide's view on the movement.
He 'proved' that it's impossible to move, because before one can go half of the way, one must go 1/4 of the way, but before you go 1/4 you have to go 1/8, and before that you have to go 1/16, and so on and so forth.

So, you can never move because it involves instantaneous transportation violating causality.
