last year in high school I got a real religous chem teacher from america, she wasn't completely hurr durr retard. I actualy liked her.

But she was a creationist, and one guy in our class asked so where do you stand on creation vs evolution.

"scientists cant proof blah blah to complex blah blah more like therefore god bla blah" I never felt as retarded as that day cause what can you say to that.

It is like saying the holocaust never happenend because no evidence blah blah. you can not argue with them because they do not accept valid evidence.

in conclusion wtf why you take bible literally

My bio prof said it's okay personally whether we believe in creationism, but that we can't do biology if we discredit evolution because she can show it in a petri dish.

How can people reject evolution when there is fucking concrete evidence for it, yet welcome the bible with open arms when there is zero evidence? I know this is the basis of many an argument, but seriously it merits saying. Fucking how?

It's because they've been indoctrinated into it, raised on it, as have most people they know. Rejection of religion would essentially be a rejection of their entire lifestyle.

It doesn't go in Britain.

Saying stuff like that makes you sound like a religious nut.

As much as I would like this to be true:

Problem 1: Mathematical Model! I hate this being used as evidence, a mathematical model can be used to prove anything! In fact I've just made one that says how great I am!

Problem 2: Religion dying out in Ireland? Is this a joke?
