erm, no for several reasons.

Biology doesn't follow many physical laws well, i.e. entropy, I'm observing stomach content acidity in monkeys, suddenly my stomach runs off and climbs a tree.....

it is difficult to get controlled conditions and much harder to make predictions.

Biology isnt really science at all as they cannot confirm their predictions through experiment

No. Every distinct field of science has been established with a focus on certain emergent phenomena. Biology is only applied Chemistry to the extent that biological terms and concepts can be exacted with chemical terms and concepts. Understanding things on a smaller scale does not usurp the "higher" perspective.
